Article V, Section 2 - Added reference to separate document
approved by the board of directors outlining the duties
and responsibilities of board members.
Article V, Section 4 - Updated the By-laws as follows: "The
Vice President shall automatically become the President
Elect". The elected vice president will become the
president of the board of directors effective the beginning
of the next term.
Article IX, Section 5 - Amended to state that all unearned
dues are nonrefundable.
Article X, Section 2 - Dues for renewing membership have
been changed from annually in January to annually on member's
anniversary.
Article XII, Section 2 - Quorum changed from minimum of
7 voting members to a majority of all voting board members.

XIV - Added an Indemnification section.

XVII - Updated to show current revision.
Also,
changes were made to correct grammatical errors. These changes
have not been noted as they do not change the intent of any
part or portion of these By-laws.
